They have a pretty standard return policy, I think. As long as it's unworn and still has the tags, you should be fine to send it back within a certain timeframe. I returned a shirt once, no issues.

They're solid, especially for the price point. Not quite SuitSupply level maybe, but way better than Jos. A. Bank, imho. I'd compare them more to what you'd find at a good independent boutique, but online.
